For a paper to be included in the proceedings, the presenter of the accepted paper must be registered at the DE:presenter level or higher by June 1. If you are the representative presenter of an accepted paper, please submit the paper submission ID. A single registration can cover multiple presentations if you are giving more than one.
As Sapporo can get crowded in summer, the Organising Committee has preventively booked 60 rooms at Grandbell Susukino Hotel. All participants are invited to look for accommodations closer to the venue, and at lower prices whenever possible, on standard websites such as booking.com, airbnb, etc.
The rooms we booked with Grandbell Susukino Hotel will remain booked until June 25th, and will be made available to interested attendants on a first-come, first-served basis.
NB: This should be seen primarily as a back-up plan in case all cheaper and closer options become unavailable. At the time we are writing this, several alternative accommodations can still be booked. Please also check out hotels nearby the conference venues on Venue page.
